Dr. Ruth was born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia (MIZ!), but she will cheer for UK since she is now in Wildcat territory. Dr. Ruth graduated from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Dentistry with her Doctor of Dental Surgery. The people here in Lexington have been so welcoming to Dr. Ruth that Kentucky already feels like home to her. Dr. Ruth loves meeting the loyal patients here at ODonnell Family Dentistry and looks forward to seeing some new patients join our practice. She will take the time to answer any and all questions and strive to make my patients feel at ease during their treatment. She understands that being in the dental chair is no one’s favorite place to be, but she hopes she can make the experience a more positive one.

Dr. Ruth’s husband, Caleb, matched to a residency program at UK, which brought them here to Lexington. They have a one year old son, Ellis, and a mini golden doodle, Hobbes, who keep them entertained and busy. Dr. Ruth and her family love trying new restaurants and checking out any parks or hiking trails in the area.
